Kaitlyn is an associate marriage family therapist. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Simpson University and her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Simpson University. Kaitlyn had the honor of working as a foster family agency social worker for 3.5 years. This included offering services to foster kids, foster families, and at-risk youth. Kaitlyn also has experience in mentoring, and providing therapy to teenagers, and survivors of domestic violence. Through different seasons of life, Kaitlyn realized how much she loved working with people and enjoyed helping others. Kaitlyn’s heart for others and wanting to see people get healthy and whole led her to pursue her dream of being a therapist.

Working with different population groups has given Kaitlyn a desire to continue serving children, teens, families, and all ages and groups of people. She has worked with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parent alienation, suicide ideation, self-harming behaviors, and family issues. Kaitlyn approaches therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Her approach focuses on empowering individuals while creating a safe space for them to process and heal. The emphasis is client-centered, and tools and insight are given to help clients reach their goals. Kaitlyn also can incorporate brainspotting into therapy sessions.  Kaitlyn loves continually learning about trauma and its effects on the body. In her free time, she loves being outside, working out, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and meeting new people.

Kaitlyn is currently accepting clients of all ages for both telehealth and in office. She can see clients who have Carelon/Partnership. All other insurances can receive a superbill for possible reimbursement after payment is made.

Kylee is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her bachelor's degree from Simpson University in Psychology and her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. While obtaining her education she worked as a 911 dispatcher with CHP. Kylee’s background and approach to therapy paint a picture of someone who has a deep understanding of both crisis management and long-term mental health care. Her experience in dispatching 911 calls gives her a unique insight into trauma, and her decision to shift from responding to emergencies to helping individuals in a therapeutic setting shows a genuine passion for emotional well-being. Her work with diverse populations, including sex offenders, veterans, families, children, couples, and individuals, indicates that she is adaptable and skilled in addressing a wide range of concerns.

She enjoys utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. It is important to her to provide the space for personal reflection through a client-centered approach and integrating Narrative Therapy to utilize the power of storytelling in healing. This allows clients to reframe their experiences in ways that empower them. Kylee is in the process of finishing her Brainspotting training. She enjoys working in all areas of focus, especially helping clients process through life changes and trauma to help them heal on their journey of finding their new self.

Kylee is currently accepting clients of all ages for both telehealth and in office. She can see clients who have Carelon/Partnership. All other insurances can receive a superbill for possible reimbursement after payment is made.
